As the daily 24 hour prayer marathon continues all the way to Pentecost 2009 and beyond, churches are being invited to REGISTER a night or day of prayer for London and the nation. Even individuals can register to pray for as little as an hour. Some local churches and networks have chosen a specific day each month to pray, while others have opted to organize boroughwide or regional nights of prayer.

Churches are also being encouraged to hold at least one prayer gathering or night of prayer. "We want a resonance, a wave of prayer coming out of the church," explains the convener of GDOP London, Pastor Jonathan Oloyede. "We want prayer across every borough – ongoing, consistent prayer. Because when we pray things happen and the enemy is defeated."

7 days cracking the nut of London with prayer, 30 London-focused prayer initiatives and the three service station prayer meetings in the last week of May 2010 would be amazing.
The dates are Sunday 23rd May (The GDOP & Pentecost Sunday) to Sunday 30th May (National Prayer Event at West Ham Stadium). The Nutcracker will be principally in a 24-7 prayer room style as part of the GDOP activities in May. Once again the focus of our prayers will be upon London, our own localities and the nation in respect to our capital city. The aim is to continue the process of cracking open, with prayer, the nut of the City!
